A graduate of Stanford Law School, Mr. Gray served as an editor of both the Stanford Law Review and the Stanford Law & Policy Review. After law school, he clerked for the Hon. Thelton E. Henderson, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Before Stanford, he was awarded a Henry Luce Scholarship to work in Thailand and graduated from the University of Virginia, where he was elected Student Council President.
